At Send Rakhi Online, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. In case you receive a wrong, damaged, or unsatisfactory product, we have a simple return and refund process in place.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product does not meet your expectations

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@sendrakhi.in within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning the reason for return

  • Ensure the product is returned with:

    • Original packaging
    • Product tags intact
    • Invoice
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit

Return Pickup

  • Free pickup is available only for damaged or incorrect products
  • For other reasons, customers must self-ship the product to our return address

Self-Shipping Returns

If you are returning the product for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery:

  • You must courier the product to our return address

  • Share the following details via email:

    • Order ID
    • Courier name
    • Tracking / AWB number

Return Pickup (Paid Option)

If you want us to arrange a pickup:

  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹80 per order will be charged
  • This amount will be deducted from your refund/store credit

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • You can return the product after delivery within 7 days

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Contact us via email to initiate exchange

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange

Quality Check & Return Approval

All returned products go through a quality inspection:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • If the product fails quality checks, the return may be rejected
  • Rejected items will be shipped back to the customer

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful quality check
  • Once approved, you will be notified via email

Refund Mode

  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit / Gift Card
  • Gift card will have no expiry (lifetime validity)

Processing Time

  • Refund confirmation within 7 working days after inspection
  • Complete process may take up to 15 working days

Important Notes

  • Products not in resalable condition will not be refunded
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted where applicable
